Q. How'd you come up with this?

Honestly, I was inspired by the clean-up crew in the first John Wick movie, and I really wanted to draw a bunch of sketchy cleaning guys wrapping up normal trash in a way that looks extremely suspicious — say, in the shape of a body bag! I was later inspired by The Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service, a horror manga series about a group of college students who fulfill the wishes of the lingering dead.

Q. Is the comic chronological?

Not really! I created this site so I could write about my characters but more spotaneously and with less commitment. I may get a mini plot idea, or I might just write a general vibe, or I might write a snippet of something totally self-indulgent.

Q. The comic starts as a crime comedy and then occasionally veers into mature crime territory. What's up with the genre switch?

I just really like weird crime dramas and toxic yaoi.

Q. Isn't this comic about body clean-up? Where's their PPE?

It's, uhhhh, invisible.
